Hi! 👋 I am a mid-career professional with 3+ years of work experience at the cusp of impact and startups. I pursued my B.A. in Psychology (Hons) from Lady Shri Ram College for Women. Being passionate about creating a career full of social impact, I spent one year preparing for the UPSC. Eventually, I explored other equally good opportunities to creating impact and joined Samagra, a governance consulting firm. In 2.5 years, I designed & implemented large-scale government programs impacting lakhs of citizens; while also supporting the Founder & CEO on various org development initiatives. I later went on to work with an early stage startup in the higher education space, called Mesa School of Business. As part of the Founder’s Office, I was pivotal in building the student experience, learning & career preparation verticals from 0 to 1. I have now joined ISB for my own MBA and am all set to graduate in Class of 2025. I am also serving as the Director for Alumni Affairs, Graduate Student Body at ISB Hyderabad.
