• Thank you Anusha for providing this structured course on Quantum Confidence over a period of 8 weeks. This course helped me to understand the basics of neuroscience of doubts, fear, and how healing nervous system help us to heal our trauma and gain confidence. Apart from this various tools and techniques like box breathing, Rekhi sessions, and other exercises that we did on call helped me to rewire my nervous system and become more calmer than I joined your class. Now, I use the pause technique that you taught during class whenever I feel overwhelmed or hit cross roads. This helps me take better decision without being tensed. I am still learning by revisiting the lessons.

• Anusha is knowledgeable. She clearly explained the “ why” behind my issues and gave me pointers as to where to start my healing process. I feel comforted and heard in my session. Thanks Anusha.
