I'm currently pursuing my MBA at The University of Texas at Dallas, with a strong focus on Operations and Supply Chain Management. I've always been curious about how businesses run, and this interest led me to actively participate in campus events and committees during my college days in the Directorate of Student Affairs as a Cultural Secretary where I led a team of over 750 volunteers. After completing my engineering degree, I faced a crucial decision: follow my passion for Operations or venture into the tech world. I opted for Operations and joined MyCaptain as an Operations Executive. Over six years at MyCaptain, I progressed from being an Operations Executive to contributing significantly in the Founder's Office. My roles spanned from ground-level sales to devising strategies for the organisation and leading a team of 70 talented individuals across multiple teams. I'm particularly excited about my MBA journey at The University of Texas at Dallas. This program presents an excellent opportunity to fuse my practical Operations experience with top-notch education.
