I'm responsible for managing the Enterprise Business unit of GMS, one of the largest players in the communications space. My remit includes building an AI-powered Communications portfolio which includes CPaaS, Generative AI and Conversational AI. Prior to this, I have been a part of the leadership arm of the Indian conglomerate giant - the TATA Group - and have had diverse sectoral and international exposure across Telecom, Mining and Metals, Beverages, Chemicals and Power sectors. I have also been responsible for building partnerships and alliances for India's largest CPaaS players (Tanla Platforms) as well as creating a Growth vertical for a fast growing global comms player (Globe Teleservices).
