THE GOOD GIRL CONTRACT
The Belonging Blueprint
There is a version of you that shows up when it matters. Easy. Capable. Undemanding. She reads the room before she opens her mouth. She apologises before anyone has asked her to. She has never once, not one single time, made herself difficult.
You built her for a reason. She got you love, approval, safety, a seat at the table. She worked.
She is also the reason you're tired in a way that sleep doesn't fix.
This is a three-week cohort for women who are done analysing their parents, and their childhoods and ready to see the contract they signed to belong — and what it has cost them to keep it.
This isn't a workshop. It's closer to a guided inquiry. Five women, in a room small enough that everyone gets to actually be seen — to think out loud, to write, to be witnessed while they do it. That doesn't happen in a crowd.
This is for you if:
You've done the therapy, the journaling, the self-help books. You can talk about your patterns fluently. And you still catch yourself over-explaining a decision no one questioned, managing a mood that isn't yours, saying yes to the smaller ask because the real one felt like too much.
Insight was never the problem. The rule underneath it is.
THE ARC
Week One — The Map
We're not here to analyse your parents. We're here to trace what you learned to do with yourself in order to belong.
You'll leave with your Good Girl Conditioning Map — what you were taught, what you decided it meant, what you do now because of it, and what that's quietly costing you. Most women get to the end of this session and go quiet for a second. Then: oh fuck, this is how I abandon myself.
Week Two — The Bargain
Conditioning isn't random. It was a trade, and it worked. Being good got you something — approval, safety, being the favourite, being left alone.
This is where we go looking for the bargain underneath the behaviour. If I am useful, you won't leave me. If I don't need too much, you won't resent me. If I keep everyone happy, there won't be conflict. We find your version of it. Then we ask the only question that matters: does it still serve you?
Week Three — The Blueprint
Not new affirmations. Not I am bad traded in for I am wonderful. A blueprint.
Who are you when you're no longer organising your life around belonging at any cost? You'll write your own principles — not mine — and for each one, you'll leave with the specific shift: the old rule, the new permission, and the new behaviour that makes it real. Insight without behaviour change is just a nicer story. We're not stopping there.
WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH
A map of your Good Girl conditioning.
The invisible rules you follow to earn love, approval, and belonging.
The behaviours that keep you abandoning yourself.
A personal blueprint for relating to yourself differently.
And fifteen days after the cohort ends, a 30-minute 1:1 Blueprint Call — just you and me, taking what you built and making sure it holds when you're back in the room with the people it was built for.
THE DETAILS
Three Sundays. One small room. Five women.
20 September · 27 September · 4 October 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Not twelve, not twenty. Five, because this only works if we can actually go into the trenches with each of you, and that isn't possible in a crowd.
Founding cohort: ₹18,000 (Future cohorts: ₹25,000)
Enrollment is direct — five spots, first come. No discovery call, no waitlist. If you're reading this and something in you just went quiet, that's usually the sign.
You didn't imagine the contract. You just never got to read the fine print. This is where we read it, together, out loud.
