Hello, I have worked for over 12+ years as a UX Strategy Director, Content Creator, Scriptwriter, Storyboard Artist, Author, etc. I am always keen on helping others using my experience & expertise. I have spearheaded the UX experience of many digital business products (B2B) & consumer products (B2C) across various industries (including the creation of mobile news applications, e-commerce platforms and LMS portals). In addition, I have been mentoring teams of designers and developers in their professional & personal growth across the full UX spectrum (from research, strategy, and design to development) while supporting organisations in building capacity and business development. My key contributions have been conceptualising & implementing comprehensive processes, frameworks, and initiatives within teams that foster cross-functional collaboration & project management. I often deploy and teach narrative techniques for conveying ideas & developing content. In addition, I have ideated and curated talks, guided tours, and workshops for museums, galleries, and cultural institutes. Alongside, I work as a Design leader at unicorn product companies (earlier in FinTech & then in Construction Tech), where I develop business-aligned UX strategies & cultivate sustainable design culture.
