I am an Element Coach for individuals to find their Element*, where their natural talents meet their passions. By finding their Element, they can uncover their true purpose, achieve success with ease, and experience deep fulfillment and happiness in life. I believe every individual is unique and special, and they have more potential than they think about themselves. Every individual has potential to excel significantly. Some people can do that naturally. Others may need a little guidance to find their Element and unlock their true capabilities, and thereon they can also achieve success and happiness. Before transitioning into life coaching, I had over 20 years of professional experience in the Information Technology industry, where I worked as a Software Developer, Project Manager, Program Manager, Scrum Master and Agile Coach. I have executed 10+ full life-cycle development projects for Fortune 500 Customers and 7 large-scale Agile Transformation journeys based on USA, Canada, Japan, Australia, Middle East Asia and India across Insurance, Retail, Financial Services, Banking and Tax domains, where I acquired deep insights on Digital technology strategies that drive Business Agility. While I was working as Agile Coach, I realized it’s the mindset that makes all the difference. Every individual can do things much beyond than they think. Everyone has great potential which they are not aware of. However, often many people, specially when they are at a young age, choose their career option for wrong reasons, which they don’t agree with from the core of their heart, but compromising something else which they really love, and this leads to an unhappy purposeless life. I have witnessed many experienced professionals who are successful in their career, but are not happy with their life, and this led me to transition myself toward Life Coaching so that I can make the lives of many individuals happy and meaningful. Now I am a certified NLP Practitioner and Life Coach and have specialization to discover the Element in an individual. As an Element coach, I inspire people to improve self-confidence, so that they can choose their Element confidently and pursue their aspirations around their Element. My coaching philosophy includes self-awareness, discovery and exploration of one’s Element, believing in yourself, adopting positive mindset, applying natural human capabilities, realistic goal-setting, and actionable steps toward success.
