I am a Computer Science Engineer turned MBA, Google Cloud Certified Cloud Digital leader and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®) working on Agile Methodology, with 10 years of success directing development and implementation of strategies to engage users/clients with captivating experiences that maximize demand and conversion rates. In addition to my collaboration with the technology and UX teams, I work equally closely with the customer acquisition, customer success and retention teams, so that I can act as a voice of the customer inside the organization. I have been involved with 4 aggressively growing startups in Indian EdTech and MarTech space, and have seen the journey of teams scaling from the initial 10-20 to 200-300, and the transition from being an idea to a working model and finally getting funded for further growth. Being a part of this transformation has led to immense learning and has been an extremely exciting experience.
