Hey! I'm Anup, a Staff UX Designer at CloudBees with 10+ years of experience in Product and UX Design. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work across edtech, e-commerce, B2B SaaS, and product-led businesses, including KnowledgeHut, UpGrad, VistaPrint, and G2. I've worked on everything from solving complex user problems and improving product experiences to collaborating with cross-functional teams and exploring design systems and AI-powered design workflows. I believe design is not just about creating beautiful interfaces. It's about understanding problems, making thoughtful decisions, collaborating with teams, and creating meaningful product and business outcomes. Through Topmate, I'd love to share what I've learned along the way and help designers navigate their own career journeys. Here's what we can work on together: 🎨 Portfolio and case study reviews 💼 Career guidance for Product & UX Designers 🚀 Design interview preparation 🧠 Product thinking and design decision-making 🤖 AI tools and workflows for designers 🧩 Design systems and scaling design 👨‍💼 Growing from Senior Designer to Lead/Staff roles Whether you're starting your design career, preparing for your next opportunity, or trying to figure out your next growth step, I'm happy to have an honest conversation and share practical insights from my experience. Looking forward to connecting! 🙌
