With over 12 years of experience in the IT industry, I have had the privilege of designing, developing, and leading the creation of numerous products and platforms that have added significant value to end users. For the past 8 years, I have been working as a Senior UX Researcher, where I specialize in blending creative and usability perspectives with the most effective research methodologies. This approach has allowed me to deliver world-class web and mobile applications that prioritize user experience.
My career journey has been both enriching and enlightening, enabling me to discover my ability to connect with and deeply understand users. It was this realization that led me to transition into UX research—where I can advocate for the user and ensure that their insights take center stage in product development.
