As the proprietor of M/s. Laxmiraj Enterprises, I have successfully launched and managed an e-commerce business in the fashion industry since 2018. I oversee every aspect of the business, from sourcing products, marketing, customer service, and inventory management to accounting. I have achieved consistent growth and profitability, reaching and exceeding my sales targets every year. Prior to starting my own venture, I worked as a general manager and a sales manager at Selection Point, a multi-brand outlet in the fashion industry. I gained valuable experience in managing the operations, staff, and finances of the store, as well as developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. I also completed a vocational training at Bharat Oman Refineries Limited, where I learned about computer networks and server handling. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior. I am passionate about managing projects in different industries and applying my skills in WordPress design, CRM, C++, and business development.
