My journey started in the hospitality world with The Oberoi Group, where I worked as a Concierge, learning what true customer obsession and service excellence mean. Those years taught me to listen deeply, anticipate needs, and solve problems before they became visible, lessons that still guide how I think about business today. That curiosity eventually led me to Amazon, where I discovered my passion for using data to tell stories and solve real problems. Over time, I’ve grown into a Business Analyst, leading two programs focused on returns optimization and profitability improvement. My work sits at the crossroads of data, strategy, and human behavior , understanding not just what the numbers say, but why they say it. What drives me most is helping people see how analytical thinking can change the way they work and make decisions. I love mentoring professionals who are navigating career transitions or trying to find their place in analytics — because I’ve been there too.
