In my current role within HSBC’s Data & Analytics Technology - India, I manage and develop the department to ensure alignment with the Chief Data Office and Business Transformation teams, drive best in class performance, support our growth aspirations, and ensure that our Project and Service Teams deliver our Programme Vision and Business Strategy. Previous experience as Agile Coach and Senior Project Manager for global teams in a highly regulated and controlled environment. Proven track record of multiple regulatory deliveries within budget and timelines whilst ensuring controls are at an auditable standard. Most recently led the large-scale Ringfenced Bank regulatory delivery that won the FSTech Award 2018 for ‘IT Team of the Year’. Ancillary functions included chairing steercos involving senior management and front-office, managing large budgets and forecasts, recruitment and interactions with multiple project teams within the programme.
