During my stint at Lead, I successfully scaled its ISP offering business by 10x, turning a small network of ~400 schools into a dominant industry leader of 4000 schools with a multi-fold increase in market share and retention. Currently, I am the driving force behind the sales team at Teachmint, India's second-largest school ed-tech company. I have fast-tracked the company's growth, increasing its portfolio size by 2x in just 6 months. Before moving into the startup ecosystem, I worked as a manager at KPMG Consulting, I advised over 20 clients in market entry, GTM, BU strategy, opportunity assessment, financial modelling, and cost optimization. My expertise in devising business strategy, handling P&L, driving sales and operations, as well as my experience of building teams from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10, has given me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that businesses face.
