I am an operations generalist with expertise in lean, Six Sigma, and process excellence. At TATA 1mg, I am currently focused on building efficient and lean processes across all functions. Previously, I successfully developed verticals for customer experience and refurbishment at Spinny, where I focused on vehicle quality and enhancing customer experience. With 5 years of corporate experience in domains such as engineering, project management, lean, purchasing, quality, and logistics, I completed my management trainee program at the International Purchase Office, BMW India. I started my career as an engineer at Siemens Ltd., where I worked on large steam turbine analysis and completed a lean management project focused on cost-saving. I am passionate about simplifying processes by reducing redundancies and manual work. My colleagues describe me as a self-driven, resourceful, and energetic individual who maintains a proactive attitude when faced with challenges. I am actively developing myself to become a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in the future.
