Being a development team lead is tough. There are so many things you have to juggle, and nobody prepares you for it. My passion for programming started with Unity3D, 15 years ago. Since then the stack has changed, but I still enjoy creating, experimenting, and delivering value to people. My passion for leadership is more recent, but not less powerful. Since the first team I led - I knew that I enjoyed it, and I was good at it. Now - I want to help other team leaders succeed. I focus on practical advice, and sharing my mistakes and successes.
