Currently I work as Product Manager in Microsoft Ads. I drive transformation projects as a Change leader by bringing a paradigm shift in culture and helping business folks in resolving their concerns on using these technology platforms to deliver quality output with improvements in productivity. I have strong experience in Finance and have cleared CFA level 3 and LOMA certifications. I have done MBA from IIM Calcutta and prior to that worked as a Project Lead with CSC, with 7 years of experience (2+ years in US). I worked closely with clients in understanding the requirements, and designing solutions for BFSI clients. Thus, my work experiences along with MBA degree and other financial domain related certifications help me understand the business challenges from a holistic perspective and come up with effective solutions in today's world where the business fields of Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT can't be seen as isolated functions.
