Anshul is an investment professional at Good Host Spaces - a Hillhouse Investments (Singapore) platform for student housing / Co-living (previously owned by Goldman Sachs / Warburg Pincus) Previously, Anshul was an investment analyst at Etonhurst Capital Partners - an Indian PE fund with global LPs - evaluating private real asset investment opportunities in India and UK. Prior to that, part of Bank of America's Investment Banking team, working with the tech and telecom team in M&A and fundraising. Anshul has also worked closely with start ups advising them on fundraising, transaction documentation and advisory. Anshul is a CA and an MBA by qualification.
