Key growth drivers that the team focuses on are Product Led Growth including capability launches & journey optimisations, Digital Marketing Campaigns, Cross-selling to 300 Mn+ Airtel user base using Airtel owned channels like Thanks App, WhatsApp etc. Overall have 12+ years of professional experience, leading growth marketing & brand marketing functions across multiple sectors – Telecom, Hospitality & Broadcasting Media. Prior to Airtel was part of Growth team at OYO, was leading the Global Referral Program across 10+ countries. Was also part of the team that had launched OYO in the US market with my primary goal to scale-up Revenue by optimising the user journey. Before OYO had worked as a Brand Manager at Network18, responsible for ATL & BTL campaigns for product launches, brand repositioning & content tentpole promotions.
