Complete Business Deep Dive over 3 Weeks

Sometimes you need time to implement, and someone to hold you responsible - that person could be me! The beauty in a deep dive package is that we spend these 3 calls together, however spread out you like - they don't even need to be in the same month! We can split them in a quarter and keep track of your progress.

This deep dive will be 3 calls, 40 minutes each, we can shape them how you wish but here is a suggested template:

1. Call #1- We break down your business, from vision to who you are, your entire journey and why you want to start this business. This call is for us to set the stage and create your pitch together. We can use this time to do basic branding questions/even build customer persona's together so you can decide who to target.

1. Call #2 - We decide parts of your business to focus on in this call, whether it be hiring, systems internally, operations, finances, or even social media - we create systems together and find answers to any significant problems you have. We build a map to grow your business together, as well as work on a business plan & close out your pitch deck! We can also do basic audits in this call of your current website, packaging, pricing per unit, tone of voice etc.

1. Call #3 - In this call we can set goals for you that feel achievable, and some that feel like a dream. Together we figure out where you go next, and of course establish how to get there!
