As an undergrad HR major student, I’m passionate about understanding people, helping them grow, and shaping workplaces that bring out the best in everyone. I’m currently gaining hands-on experience in HR at The Economic Times. While exploring different aspects of HR, from talent management to organizational development and I am excited to learn, adapt, and find my own path in this dynamic field.
