Hey, I’m Anshika 👋 I’m a Data Scientist at PayPal with 3+ years of industry experience, working on production-level data problems that drive real business decisions. I’ve mentored many students and early career professionals as they navigate their journey into data and analytics roles. During my time at Myntra as a Data Analytics Manager, I also conducted multiple interviews, giving me a strong insider perspective on what hiring managers actually look for. I help high intent candidates focus on what truly matters problem solving, project depth, communication, and decision making not buzzwords or endless courses. My sessions are practical, honest, and outcome driven. We work on: • Interview strategy and real world hiring expectations • Resume and project positioning that stands out • Skill gap analysis and a focused learning roadmap • Career clarity and confidence for data roles If you’re serious about your data career and want clear direction, direct feedback, and actionable next steps, this is designed for you.
