Anoushka is born and brought up in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Currently, she is working as a Product Manager at Biz2x. Previously, she worked as an Associate Product Manager at CredAble, in Mumbai. Her role entails overseeing and developing working capital financing products for the Indian market. She specializes in digital lending, underwriting, and supply chain finance, playing a key role in creating product strategies and roadmaps to drive the company's success in these areas. She has completed her MBA in General Management from IIM Udaipur. During her MBA, apart from academics, she has participated in multiple case competitions. She is a National Winner in Motozard Case Study Competition, organized by ICICI Lombard. She is also a Campus Winner in Samsung EDGE Season 7, North Region. Besides, she has been among the top 10 campus finalists in Accenture B-School Next Horizon strategy competition and Incedo's WITDA Case Challenge 2021. She has also done a live project for Decathlon and Khel Udaan. She has 22 months of work experience as a Business Technology Analyst in Deloitte Consulting, USI - Hyderabad. Her area of expertise is FRICEW components of Infor ERP Integration. She won 2 awards – Spot Award and Outstanding Performance Award. She has completed B.Tech in Information Technology from NIT Raipur. Apart from academics, she participated in multiple hackathons and won 2 national-level hackathons; Smart India Hackathon 2018 and Hack in the North by IIIT Allahabad.
