Career Pivot / What Next?

Engineer to MBA to consulting to startup to sabbatical to a new geography (UK) to in-house strategy. I've pivoted enough times to know that the pivot is rarely the scary part — it's the uncertainty before it. This is 45 minutes for people who are mid-pivot or staring one down. I'm not a coach.
