I have been a part of the space around being alcohol free, moderation, sober curious and all the other whys and wherefores for 8 years. I’m a non drinker as that feels the best choice for me at the moment. I have significantly reduced, moderated, made alcohol small in my life. I believe it’s all possible, I’ve lived it and seen many women achieve their individual goals. I’ve been mentoring and coaching women for 5 years in a private online space. I am passionate about helping women who feel lost and often lonely to see there is a way to jump off that interminable merry go round of drink, regret, repeat.
