Previous: Worked in Cisco for well over 4.5 years, started out as a Technology Consultant and most recently as an Incident Manager, leading the customer experience, digital transformation, and optimization of 12+ globally diverse clients, who used Cisco's products and Software Defined Network (SDN) services.
When not working, you will find me spending time with my dog and family. My life goal is to enrich as many people as possible through technology and enable underrepresented kids to reach equitable outcomes through valuable education and life skills.
