Luckily, I find this joy in my work every day! Currently, as part of SC Ventures I have 3 major roles to play: -- People Coach - Mentor and guide people on their innovation journeys. -- Venture Builder - Be the torchbearer, through research, ideation and validation, and pave the path for future Ventures -- Strategic Designer - Work with Business Heads and Regional C-suite members to lay down roadmaps for the future.
