Every individual have unique potential and characteristics , sometime they are in dormant stage and they need somebody to tap it. The person who is doing the job of tapping should be like a catalyst which take out the potential and still made them believe that it is done by them. No doubt this will build confidence in the individual’s own capabilities and they no longer need any one to do it for them .
