It has been my privilege to serve as an ASQ Lean Six Sigma BB Trained Mechanical Engineer for the past 17 years, providing expertise in identifying, structuring, and implementing business process improvement, reengineering projects, and other framework-based methods for delivering targeted results. My skills include Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, IATF), Problem-Solving (Six Sigma DMAIC, PDCA, 8D), Supplier Quality, APQP, PPAP, Change Management, Warranty Management, and Customer Satisfaction Analysis. I'm a firm believer in leading the implementation of Net Promoter Score (NPS) and improving Assembly Line Efficiency, and First Time Through of New Figo/Aspire. My experience includes implementing and maintaining Industry 4.0 concepts for Manufacturing Quality and Quality Control in addition to leading cross-functional global teams. With my skills gained, I plan and initiate efforts and lead the cross-functional team including the plant quality, design, and marketing to achieve the maximum Customer Satisfaction Score for the Next-Gen Figo in the Indian market. In addition to increasing revenues, streamlining operations, and evolving process improvement strategies, I have created a teamwork environment to enhance productivity through innovative approaches. As a result of my pragmatic approach, I slashed supplier ppm at BorgWarner within three months, and I slashed warranty spending at Ford Motor Company in export markets (Europe, Africa, and North America). Success has made me bold, but working with large teams to accomplish difficult projects and ideas has humbled me. Also, I am proud of how I pivoted underperforming initiatives effectively.
