For Writers Who Want Their Books to Actually Sell

If you already know how to write but your book isn’t selling, the problem is almost never your prose.

It’s the positioning.

It’s the market fit.

It’s the promise you’re making to readers.

This session exists to fix that.

What This Session Is (and Is Not)

Let’s be clear upfront.

I do not teach writing craft.

I do not fix sentences, plot, voice, or style.

This session assumes:

  1. You are a competent writer
  2. You can finish books
  3. Your issue is not “how to write”

This is a commercial strategy session.

We focus on:

  1. Selling the book
  2. Positioning the work correctly
  3. Salvaging, redirecting, or restructuring what you’ve already written or plan to write

If the book can be fixed, we fix it.

If it can’t, we decide what to pivot, what to reuse, and what to abandon.

Who This Is For

This session is for writers who:

  1. Have a finished or nearly finished book
  2. Have published but are unhappy with sales
  3. Are planning a book and want to avoid costly mistakes
  4. Want clarity instead of vague encouragement

It’s especially useful if you feel stuck thinking:

  1. “The book is good, but it’s not moving”
  2. “I don’t know if I should keep pushing this or start over”
  3. “I don’t know what the market actually wants from this”

What We Work On

Depending on your situation, we’ll cover things like:

  1. Why your book isn’t selling
  2. Whether the problem is the idea, the market, or the packaging
  3. Category and positioning mistakes
  4. Audience mismatch
  5. Pricing and format strategy
  6. Whether the book is salvageable or should be redirected
  7. What to write next that actually makes sense commercially

This is not theory.

This is applied strategy based on real-world publishing economics.

What You’ll Walk Away With

By the end of the session, you will have:

  1. Clear answers, not guesses
  2. A concrete next step
  3. A decision on whether to fix, pivot, or move on
  4. A strategy that matches your goals, not generic advice

Even if the answer is “stop pushing this book,” you’ll know why, and what to do instead.

That clarity alone saves months or years.

Important Scope Note

  1. This session focuses on selling and positioning, not writing craft
  2. It does not include non fiction craft coaching
  3. It does not include line edits or manuscript critique

If your main problem is learning how to write better, this is not the right session.

Please reach out to me via LinkedIn or email me at [email protected] before booking.

This is to confirm fit and make sure this session is actually useful for you.

If it’s not a fit, I’ll tell you honestly.

If it is, we’ll get to work.

Final Note

This session is not about motivation.

It’s not about validation.

It’s about making decisions that move your writing forward in the real world.

If you’re ready for that, we can talk.

Why These Sessions Are Paid

I’m a full-time author with 30+ published fiction books and multiple Amazon bestsellers.

And I charge for 1:1 sessions for a simple reason: free advice is ignored.

I get dozens of questions every week asking for full publishing roadmaps. These aren’t quick answers and they don’t work over chat. When advice is free, people rarely act on it, and it ends up wasting time for both sides.

I write and publish across multiple series, which means I produce 5+ books every year. Each book comes with its own characters, plots, timelines, and unresolved arcs that must stay consistent over years.

I’m also a solopreneur. There’s no team answering messages or managing schedules. I handle the writing, publishing decisions, positioning, and reader delivery myself.

That level of output requires long, uninterrupted focus. I can’t respond to random DMs, scattered questions, or half-formed ideas throughout the week without compromising the work my readers expect.

Paid sessions exist to:

  1. Filter out non-serious writers
  2. Keep conversations focused
  3. Protect the time I need to publish consistently

This isn’t my main income. It’s a way to respect my time and make sure the help I give actually gets used.

If we talk, it’s focused, intentional, and worth the time for both of us.
