My journey began in education, where I built and managed a K–12 school. While my professional career later expanded into B2B manufacturing and business strategy, teaching and mentoring have always been close to my heart. I love working with students who believe they're "not good at math" and helping them discover that they simply haven't been taught in a way that works for them. Watching fear transform into confidence and curiosity is the most rewarding part of mentoring. If I can help a student believe in their own potential, I've done my job.
