I've been working in product management for the past 2+ years, and I have a strong focus on technical roles. In my current role at Saarthi.ai, I'm responsible for launching voice-first AI agents that automate the communication business processes of enterprises with their customers; growing MRR from 20L to 60L. Most recently, I worked with Jeep (Stellantis)'s product and post-sales team to automate their vehicle servicing process. This involved understanding their complete process, designing the product architecture, curating requirements, and delivering the product by leading the delivery with cross-functional teams. The project was a success, and it resulted in a 60% increase in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by 35-40%. I also worked on Saarthi.ai's SaaS Product (Pravid.io) - Integration module, where I owned the requirement generation and end-to-end delivery of the module for integrations such as WhatsApp, Sendgrid, SMS, Telephony, Truecaller, Twillio, Custom APIs & Webhooks. This module has been used by internal teams as well as customers, and it has saved our customers an average of 7-9 hours per week.
