  I passed the Google pre-selection process, and I owe much of this achievement to Ankita. Here’s how she supported me, and I hope this helps those who like to pivot and upskill: Structured Approach I developed: The Google process is intricate, with many stages, various question types, and several frameworks. I am new to this Googlyness process, it felt overwhelming and caused a lot of anxiety. Ankita simplified the frameworks and identified key focus areas, helping me build a study roadmap and dedicated more time to high-probability questions, alleviating my anxiety significantly. Technology knowledge shined like diamonds: Behavior questions are a crucial part of the process. Despite having relevant experiences for a PM role at Google, I struggled to convey based on role related. Ankita has the superpower of understanding my unique experiences and formatted them to be more compelling for interviewers. She individualized mentoring process is impressive.
