Ankita is an Associate Director in the “Financial Services Consulting (FSC) Data Solutions” department within FSA at Grant Thornton Ireland. With a strong technical background in SQL, R, Python, VBA, ETL, MS Stack (SharePoint, PowerAutomate, PowerQuery, PowerApps) and Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau, PowerBI), Ankita has worked extensively on designing and improving the business processes. She is also leading the firm wide internal learning & development programme, FSA Data Bootcamp, as a Lead Mentor and Programme Coordinator. She has expertise in designing and managing organizational databases, analyzing the complex data sets, constructing the MI, building descriptive and predictive analysis reports, and managing stakeholder expectations for key clients. Ankita has implemented statistical techniques on the range of data sets along with verifying hypothesis using suitable tests. Consequently, she has worked in a variety of roles ranging from application developer, agile project manager, scrum master, business analyst and team lead at multinational firms.
