Injustice makes me angry. Over the years I have learnt to channel this anger to a relentless drive to work on some of the most complex issues of our times: education, gender, health and poverty. I started my journey at the grassroots which made me come face to face with ground realities. I learnt social problems are more than numbers and powerpoint strategies. It is about the people we serve. Their lives. Their needs. Their dreams. I carry this lesson with me across the multiple roles I took later: a Program Manager, an impact consultant, an entrepreneur and now, a policy student at University of Oxford.
