After completion of my Engineering in the field of Information Technology from University of Mumbai, I got an opportunity to work at AOSPL. In this organization, I started to work as a trainee in IT Operations. Within 2 months, I was promoted from trainee to executive, where my role was to manage the operations between different teams in the company & managing the backend of the platform. In addition to this, I also added several clients on board (Turnover of over 11 bn USD) & managed their projects with my team on this platform. Currently I am working at IRIS Business Services as a Business Analyst. At IRIS Business Services: -Working with the team through the entire process of Software Development Lifecycle including analysis and design, business and functional requirements analysis, system design, development, testing and implementation. -Collaborating with Project Managers, Business Partners, Subject Matter Experts and IT Team. -Facilitate meetings with clients to document requirements and explore solutions -Translate stakeholders requirements into user cases, user stories, workflow diagram, data flow diagram.
