I am a passionate and results-oriented HR professional with over 13 years of experience in various HR roles, including the current one as the Head HR - India at Bastian Solutions, a fast-growing Toyota Industries company. I collaborate with the US and India leadership and drive the development and implementation of HR strategies for our India operations, which include a tech and non-tech employee base. I have successfully led and contributed to multiple HR initiatives and projects that have enhanced the employee experience, engagement, and performance, as well as aligned with the business objectives and values.
