Leading sustainability strategy and partnerships for the Mahindra Group, a ~$40B federation of companies headquartered in India and with a presence in multiple sectors including auto & farm equipment, agriculture services, renewable energy, logistics, hospitality, real estate, and more. My role involves handling all conversations & relationships related to environmental sustainability for the Mahindra Group, working closely with the group leadership. My personal interest & passion for the subject got me into this role. My former experience is in the strategic management consulting space, having worked with Bain & Company for ~7 years across projects in multiple industries (e-com, logistics, CPG, real estate, etc.) focused on strategy, due diligence, and implementation. I managed to get a Master's degree in Information & Communication Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi :) Outside of professional commitments, I am also actively involved in equity investing & start-up community. Currently supporting (as a mentor, friend, advisor & angel investor) a few nascent and Series A ventures, with a focus on climate tech. space. Thoroughly enjoy a brainstorming session on most things under the sun, with an active interest in the environment, investments, and social enterprises!
