Hi, I’m Ankit — a Scrum Master by profession, a learner by nature, a teacher by heart & an aspiring tech communicator. I started my journey without a coding background and today, I proudly serve as a Scrum Master for a high-performing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning team. The transition wasn’t easy — it came with doubts, rejections, cultural shocks, and tough interviews — but it taught me everything I now share with others like you. In the last 2 years, I’ve spoken with over 600 aspiring Scrum Masters — many from non-tech roles, support functions, or QA backgrounds — and helped them understand the reality of this role, beyond the hype. My aim has never been to “sell a dream” but to help people make mindful, informed career decisions. I’ve created a free 8-blog series that acts as a substitute for my consultation call. It walks you through my personal journey and ends with the 3-step framework I used to break into the role. If you're confused or anxious, just start there — it’s designed to feel like a real conversation with me. I’m deeply passionate about learning and even more passionate about explaining what I learn — because teaching sharpens my own thinking and communication. My goal is to become a tech communicator: someone who can simplify the most complex topics for people who are just getting started. If you scroll through my LinkedIn profile, you’ll find testimonials and recommendations from those who’ve trained with me — they speak louder than I ever could. I’m also a people person, always open to conversations — whether you want to ask questions, share your story, or just feel heard. Thanks for stopping by.
