Being the first of my family to go to the college makes me feel proud, but it also inspire me to challenge myself everyday. Currently, I'm pursuing my Master’s from SUNY Buffalo and will be graduating in August’20. I am a customer-centric product innovator, operating at the cross-section of business strategy, technology, and design. Being entrepreneur by nature I started my career with a startup performing requirement elicitation which helped me understanding the importance of collaborating with key stakeholder in order to defined product success and work to drive customer adoption. My 7 years journey having worked in both startups to Fortune 500 companies, has made me a product and management consultant and what I really strive to do is to connect with UX, Engineering, QA and Marketing team to ensure we delivered product against our product vision and goals. I have also coached team members on Agile principles and Scrum methodology. I like to makes the complex simple, drives business decisions through customer insights and data, and leads teams to deliver exceptional results in tight timeframes. I am well versed in end-to-end product and project lifecycle management with a highly effective and influential leadership style. I love doing Product management and consulting because every new project provides a different thought process, brings new ideas and innovation in order to solve real world problems. Apart from my job, I love playing mobile games, exploring the internet, reading hindi novels and investing some of my savings in cryptocurrency.
