Over the last 9 years, I helped many companies build a solid online presence as a User Experience Designer. Some of the big brands I’ve worked with include Foley Designs, Houzify, PayPal, Razorpay, etc,. I believe when design principles are applied to strategy and innovation, the success rate for innovation dramatically improves. I aim to provide design solutions that convert problems into opportunities. My journey began in 2014 at Foley Designs where I interned directly under Michael Foley, India’s one of the highly successful Industrial designers. As an intern at Foley Designs, I had the privilege to work alongside Michael and his talented design team on multiple projects, which included conducting retail research, designing spaces, and developing product designs. And then on November 2014, I started working at Houzify as a Design Intern. I was given the responsibility of developing a brand identity and positioning the brand image for them and worked closely with Houzify and other stakeholders to ensure that the brand identity and positioning aligned with their vision and goals. Next, I worked with RocketBox, a well-funded early-stage startup founded by a group of highly skilled IITB alumni who are committed to revolutionizing logistics in India. I did a wide range of design-related tasks aimed at improving the user experience and building a robust brand identity for RocketBox. I also founded Studio.23 which served as a center for learning and teaching, sharing and showcasing, and promoting the art and craft disciplines for professionals in the artistic and design fields. And then, I got into freelancing for a year where I worked with both local and international clients, and it was an incredibly enriching experience. I had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects in different industries, which helped me expand my skills and knowledge. Since October 2016, I’ve been working as a Product Designer for some well-known companies including Fortune 500 companies such as PayPal and RazorPay.
