🚀 I’ve spent the last decade building, scaling, and stabilizing large-scale data platforms and distributed systems. Currently at Meesho, I’ve been working on complex distributed computing challenges, optimizing petabyte-scale systems, and improving platform reliability and performance for the past 4+ years. Before Meesho, I built my engineering foundation at HP. I’m passionate about solving challenging infrastructure and scalability problems while helping engineers grow in their Data Engineering careers. Over the years, I’ve worked extensively on scalable data platform architectures, streaming systems, lakehouse technologies, and performance engineering. My experience includes designing distributed systems, optimizing Spark and Trino workloads, improving cluster stability, reducing latencies, and building reliable high-performance data infrastructures. I also enjoy mentoring engineers through system design discussions, mock interviews, resume reviews, and career guidance for transitioning into top product-based companies and senior data engineering roles. Beyond technology, I’m also a working mother balancing career growth alongside motherhood. I understand the challenges of managing time, handling career breaks or self-doubt, and navigating growth in demanding tech roles while raising a child. I’d love to help and guide women engineers who may feel confused, overwhelmed, or uncertain about balancing personal and professional aspirations in tech.
