Two years ago, I (Anjuli) had a heart-to-heart with my friend Sneh, the visionary behind Mindcafe India. I saw:

A crucial need for improved coping methods and emotional control.
A chance to create a course to tackle this issue.

As an educator and literature enthusiast, I saw the potential.
