I am a mental health and wellbeing professional with dual experience of working in India and the UK. My educational background includes specialisations in counselling psychology and cultural + global mental health. I have worked as a counselling psychologist in India and possess experience working in different community mental health settings in the UK, including the NHS and a mental health charity. I'm keen on learning how socio-cultural factors affect mental health, and how we can create services that incorporate values of inclusivity and social justice. I am always open to discussing upcoming mental health initiatives and ongoing research in cultural psychology.
