My experience has taken me through diverse setups: from large-scale manufacturing and energy plants to hyper-growth startups and ecommerce platforms. The common thread? Building systems that reduce friction, support teams, and allow businesses to grow with fewer surprises.
I’ve led cost-saving initiatives, digitized supply chains, rolled out ERPs, and built PMOs from scratch—but I don’t think of myself as a “transformation expert.” I just like understanding how things work, finding what slows them down, and helping teams fix it—quietly and sustainably.
