I hold multiple certifications, including Cisco Certified Network Associate Industrial (CCNA I), Oracle Certified Associate - Oracle9i Database Administrator (OCA), and Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), which demonstrate my proficiency and knowledge in various technologies and platforms. I have also developed strong skills in project management, operations management, and IT management, which enable me to deliver high-quality results and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining AWS, I was an Associate Vice President at Royal Bank of Scotland Business, where I managed the Unix, security and Oracle infrastructure and operations for the bank's global business units. I also have experience working as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for IBM and Accenture, where I handled complex and critical projects involving Unix and Oracle systems.
