  So I followed the Career Action Plan by @careerwithanjali in August 2025 and it actually helped more than I expected. The action plan was clean and felt like someone holding your hand not too much, just the right push, one thing which i loved was it didn't spoonfed me it actually compelled me to explore and learn in my own. Now this might sound unpleasant to a lot of people but I loved it because that's what makes it specific to the person using it. The plan being split into two week. Week 1 was all about knowing myself it helped me to understand myself as a person and it helped to imagine my future self doing several jobs. That little exercise of writing 2 lines for each career option made me actually think instead of just scrolling through job titles. (And it helped while drawing conclusions as well!) I loved the deep dive part. Watching a quick video for each chosen career, reading job descriptions (THE most significant thing) and checking people’s LinkedIn profiles gave real, practical context. Seeing what actual grads list as skills and certifications helped me stop guessing and start planning the things which are right for ME. Week 2 was the best mini-experiments. I tried beginner courses from Coursera for my top choices (Consulting, BA, Strategy, Product Management) Spending a few hours on each course showed me what felt natural and what felt forced. The job reality check on LinkedIn was eye opening it gave me insights on day-to-day expectations and what can I bring to the table and what that job can provide me with, not just compensations but the experience made things real. In the end I took another session with Anjali ma'am and updated her with my progress and took guidance which was specific to job roles i shortlisted and she gave me some really honest insights about it which gave me clarity and took me out of the conservative mindset. What I walked away with clarity on 4 real career options, a list of skills and softwares to learn, which certifications actually matter, and a plan I can follow without overthinking a lot. I feel more confident and less stuck. Big thanks to Anjali ma'am, the plan is practical, friendly, and actually works if you actually follow it. Would recommend to anyone who’s confused and wants a simple, honest way to explore careers. In one line This plan won’t magically stop your overthinking about your career but it’ll turn your random thoughts into a 'clear direction' and that's exactly what everyone needs.
