At C-Xcel, we craft business strategy to achieve growth goals for our clients' business, with a customer-centric approach, specializing in CX Strategy, CX Diagnostics, CX Capability, CX Metrics, VOC Programs, Journey Mapping, Digital Transformation, and CX Analytics. I also co-founded Take3Lab, a Venture Studio for Start-Up Acceleration, and direct Founder Institute, a Start-Up Accelerator based in Silicon Valley.
