Transitioning to Gartner, I focused on process improvement, earning the 2020 Innovation Award and a promotion. Currently, I mentor professionals, ensuring process quality, driven by my passion for fostering talent and organizational excellence. In addition to that, I have a Masters in Psychology and guide people to help sustain their mental health and achieve work-life balance.
