Very few therapists have the ability to thoroughly read you and simplify things. Anjali is one of them.

My journey with deep listening has not only made me who I am today, but is helping me discover parts of me, little by little, purely and authentically.

The reiki sessions are one level up. I feel really light after, unburdened as if a baggage has been lifted. It was really worth the time and energy that I spent.

As someone who listens to techno and rock, this sound healing was a surprise to me. It was a gentle unravelling of the deeper parts of my soul.
Hello voyager! Welcome to the online healing sanctuary.
My name is Anjali Hiregange and I am a holistic therapist and coach who's been in service since 7 years. My specialities include sound healing, counseling and other holistic healing modalities like reiki and guided meditations.
I believe in going to the root cause of any issue to attain long term wellness and contentment. I also believe the healing journey does not have to be a drag- with the right company, tools and access :)
The seed of service through holding space in myriad ways was planted about 7 years ago when I went through a very dark, lonely process of ego death and soul remembrance. The agony and confusion of this phase drew me into learning and adopting sound healing.
The journey started from Svaram, Auroville and a little holistic studio in Bangalore called Just Be. Along the way I got my reiki attunement in Rishikesh, got back to my psychology roots and did a whole lot of self study and research. I attended retreats and read books. I held space for large groups of people at cacao ceremonies and collaborative wellness events in Bangalore. I started my own healing studio Waves up in the mountains of Dharamshala and met some really awesome people from around the world. I got creative with my flavour of healing.
And that's how I show up now for you guys- not completely healed, but authentic, transparent, with a whole lot of heart, fun and self acceptance. Because healing isn't so hard with someone holding your hand (virtually or otherwise) :_)
